While AI assists in delivering faster and smarter solutions, all final work is reviewed by our team before delivery. AI-generated content or recommendations should be reviewed by the client before business, legal, financial, or regulatory use.
The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the project proposal or quotation. Requests outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work.
Where Tech A Leap provides hosting or maintenance services, we aim to maintain reliable service availability. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to circumstances beyond our control, including third-party hosting providers or internet outages.
Projects may integrate third-party platforms, plugins, APIs, payment gateways, AI services, or software. Tech A Leap is not responsible for changes, pricing, downtime, or discontinued services provided by third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tech A Leap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Tech A Leap operates, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all concepts, designs, source code, applications, websites, branding materials, AI solutions, and other project deliverables remain the sole property of Tech A Leap until all invoices related to the project have been paid in full.
Ownership, intellectual property rights, and the right to use the completed work are transferred to the client only after full payment has been received.
If payment is not made within the agreed terms, Tech A Leap reserves the right to suspend work, disable hosted services where applicable, withhold project files, source code, and deliverables, and pursue any outstanding payments through appropriate legal means.
Where permitted by applicable law and where the client has not acquired ownership through full payment, Tech A Leap also reserves the right to modify, repurpose, licence, or sell all or part of the unreleased work, concepts, or intellectual property to recover development costs and outstanding losses.
